• JSON data with certain values are not showing up in the analytics query, but all the other JSON data are showing.

Troubleshooting steps

Formant Analytics cannot query data which is stored as an asset.

Data is stored in Formant in two formats: datapoints and assets. Datapoints are used directly in requests within the platform. Assets are large datatypes which are cumbersome to pass directly in data requests, and instead are referenced by a URL.
