Q: I want to make an annotation, but my list of annotation templates is empty.

When you click the Annotate button on a view, it shows you the list of configured annotation templates to select from. If your organization currently has none, the list will be empty.

Please follow these instructions to create annotation templates, so you can create an annotation by clicking on the Annotate button.
