Issue details

• When I go to Settings >> Groups and try to delete a group, I am not able to. It deletes, but then it just re-appears after I refresh or navigate back to the page.

Troubleshooting steps

Groups, like streams, cannot be deleted if something is using the group tag. So if you have, e.g., group-key: group-value as a group, you cannot delete the group until there is nothing in your organization using the group-key: group-value tag.
